We need all the support we can get to make this project happen — both prayer and financial. Pray that God would provide workers and money. Financially we need a full $1,000,000 to make this project a reality. We cannot do this without your help.
Every donation will be matched dollar for dollar. We are blessed to be offered this facility at less than 20% of its market value. Furthermore, since every dollar is matched, every dollar you give is literally like giving two dollars. Your donation is made to directly fund the purchase of this property and the subsequent restoration. We have been recruiting laborers to complete the projects alongside with a few contractors who have agreed to work at cost with no profit to themselves. Every dollar counts. All gifts are appreciated and tax deductible and whatever is not used directly to purchase this property will be promptly returned to you. We need a couple types of givers who will co-labor with God (1 Cor.3:9) to accomplish the impossible.
First, we need matching fund contributions: large pledges to help us raise the needed funds. If you would like to contribute a larger gift to be used as a matching fund let us know by sending us an email or by calling Nate at 970-946-9045 or Russ at 970-769-7620.
Second, large gift partners who will together commit to half of the needed funding for the project. We need 5 people willing to partner with us in big ways to further God's Kingdom. We need these generous people to contribute the funds needed for each of the buildings which need work, including the water and septic projects to be brought up to code. Specifically, we need $150,000 for the water and septic work; $100,000 for the staff house; $100,000 for the bunk house; $100,000 for the hotel and $50,000 for the dining hall and commercial kitchen.
Most importantly, we need an army of givers willing to partner with us to purchase the property for $400,000 and to raise an additional $100,000 to be used as needed to finish the project. These gifts will be matched, dollar for dollar by the matching fund to cover our entire expenses.
