At this time the amazing property is set to be repossessed by the bank. It is for this reason we have been given the opportunity to purchase it for $400,000, less than 20% of its appraised value. We are so thankful for this offering and are trusting God to bring in the funds required to accomplish this great task. We need $1,000,000 to cover the cost of the property and restoration.

Currently, a number of buildings are in need of major repairs. There are also several construction and restoration projects all ready underway but put on hold due to finances. Fortunately we have already have a local contractor committed to working and providing materials at cost. Even with this blessing we are estimating at least $400,000 in repairs need to be made. Our total target budget is $1,000,000 which will purchase the property and fund repairs.

We’ve set up a matching fund so all donations will be matched. We need your partnership with God and this ministry to impact eternity in a way that will outlive every one of us. This facility will give us the ability to work and train, multiplying spiritual multipliers until Christ returns.
